Today my fried friends I’m here to talk to you about my états d’ham. You see month ago i was young, curious about the new world of montage that openned in front of me. Discovery (covery), very disco, my life was an endless sausage. Mais le covid est mauvais pour les gens bons, si bien qu’on ressemble à des saucisses sèches goût chevreuil (weird taste). (i don’t have a probleme with dry sausage or chevreuil meat, i go in a bio store where there are many piece of meat like them and i respect that) (like.. i’m not vegan or something) Bye the way, my imaginafion is leaving me, it’s arrive sometime, and i’m happy but i have headache and kof kof sometimes i call that happilness. Troncs et Tronches, bienvenus sur mon blog. Malgré son titre qui peut porter à confusion, ce blog traitera bel et bien de jambon. Un vaste sujet que nous explorerons tout au long de l’année ensemble, par le biais de différents médias et différentes recettes. J’en entends déjà dans le fond qui se plaignent, si vous n’êtes pas des tronches de jambon, rien de vous retient ici ! En tant que charcuterie, je suis une touche à tout. Ce lieu, en sa nature d’exutoire, me permettra de poster les témoignages de mes différents centres d’intérêt, que vous savez nombreux, comme la couenne et la partie blanche qui n’a pas vraiment de goût, mais qu’un vrai amateur ne saurait laisser sur le bord de l’assiette.
